Josh Siegel, Chairman & CEO

Cancer Survivor. Husband. Father. Entrepreneur.

Hemp Nectar is personal for Josh. In February 2015, a seven pound tumor was found in his abdomen, and Josh was diagnosed with Stage 4 Burkitt Lymphoma. CBD helped Josh survive nine months of intense chemotherapy and beat cancer! Now four years in remission, Josh is bringing his passion for startups and CBD to this leadership role with Hemp Nectar. After spending many years in B2B sales, Josh launched Premiere Onboard, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in placing all levels of sales professionals. Josh’s knack for talent evaluation helped build Premiere Onboard into one of the fastest growing sales recruiting agencies in the country, and is now helping build a lean, talented team to lead Hemp Nectar into the future.

About

Stay RICH Practices

Stay RICH” is Hemp Nectar’s practice of operating with Reliability, Integrity, Consistency, and Honesty. In cannabis, we don’t see enough companies operating with Stay RICH practices. The winds are changing, though, and it’s our goal to lead by example.

Reliability: We know you count on us and trust us to provide you with a safe and healthful product. We do this by adhering to rigorous quality control standards and by testing and evaluating them constantly.

Integrity: We are committed, as a company, to creating and maintaining an industry-standard program of growth, production, and testing to provide a product you can trust.

Consistency: By adhering to these standards, we can assure you that our products and processes are consistently excellent and always meet or exceed state and federal standards.

Honesty: A company is only as good as its word and we will stand behind ours and back up every commitment we make to you. We thank you for your trust.

What are Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)?

GMP guarantee Hemp Nectar’s quality and consistency and satisfy the requirements of all state and federal regulatory agencies for companies that provide natural products to foods, supplements, or pharmaceuticals.

GMP guidelines govern all that we do at Hemp Nectar, including but not limited to: rigorous safety standards and training, sanitation and environmental control procedures and standards, material handling and production procedures, quality control testing throughout production, and verified quality of process and personnel.

Adherence to GMP helps guarantee consistency of process and product by providing measurable parameters at each step of production.

Hemp Nectar’s Good Laboratory Practices guarantee unbiased and reliable research and testing. Our analysis and quality-control standards meet or exceed guidelines set forth by the FDA. Following these standards gives Hemp Nectar, and you, confidence that the results of testing and analysis are accurate and verifiable.

Hemp Nectar’s Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) are an important part of our mission. GAP guide the way we treat the land and the crops that are trusted to our care, creating a consistency of product while allowing us to be good stewards of the land. From field preparation through harvest, we follow very strict guidelines (compliant with the FDA) and these are carefully monitored for hemp crop quality control. It is vital to us, and to you, that we have full confidence in the agricultural integrity of the product that you consume.

At Hemp Nectar, we adhere strictly to good organic practices and partner only with farms that comply with those practices. It is our commitment to bring you only the purest and healthiest organic products compliant with our high quality standards.
